At Zihan Fireplace, we are committed to supporting our business partners with quality products and professional after-sales assistance.

As most of our products are made-to-order and shipped internationally, we do not offer a standardized return policy. Instead, we handle after-sales matters on a case-by-case basis in the spirit of long-term cooperation.

If you encounter any product-related issues—such as transit damage, missing parts, or quality concerns—we encourage you to reach out to us with relevant details (photos/videos, order reference, description of the issue).

We will work with you to find the most appropriate solution, such as:

  • Replacement parts
  • Technical guidance
  • Credit or compensation, when applicable

For ongoing retail distribution, we understand that minor product issues may be accumulated over time. If a quality threshold or defective allowance has been agreed upon, we will honor it accordingly.

Sample orders follow the same quality control standards. While samples are generally non-returnable, we will always address any confirmed defects or damages.
