All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, customs procedures, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to you once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country.

As a B2B supplier, we do not offer a standardized return policy. However, we are committed to resolving any after-sales issues in good faith.

If you experience any problems such as product damage, missing parts, or confirmed quality issues, please contact us with relevant documentation. We may provide:

Sample orders are final sale and not returnable. Confirmed issues with samples will be addressed accordingly.
