At Zihan Fireplace, we offer flexible global shipping solutions tailored to your business needs. Whether you are ordering samples or bulk shipments, our goal is to ensure secure and timely delivery every step of the way.


Shipping Methods

 

Sample Orders: Shipped via international express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on destination.

Bulk Orders: Shipped by sea (FCL or LCL) or air freight. We support FOB, CIF, and DDP terms based on your requirements.


Shipping Coverage

 

We ship to North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and other global regions. For remote destinations or restricted areas, please contact us in advance.


Lead Time

 

Samples: 7–10 days production time after payment.

Mass Production: Typically 45–60 days depending on the order size and customization.


Shipping Cost

 

Shipping costs are calculated separately based on product volume, destination, and shipping method.

You may use your own freight forwarder or request a shipping quote from us.


Shipping Documents

 

We provide all required documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Additional documents such as Bill of Lading, Form A, or Embassy Certification can be arranged upon request.


Delivery & Tracking

 

Tracking numbers and documents will be provided as soon as the goods are dispatched. We keep close communication until the shipment is safely received.


Damaged or Lost Goods

 

All shipments are inspected before dispatch. In case of transit damage or loss, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods with photographic evidence. We will assist in filing claims or providing replacement parts where applicable.
